Private Paying Clients

Speech, Occupational therapy

1 hour session – $193.99 (45 mins session with 15 min note writing)
30 minute session – $110.00 (30 min session + 15 min note writing)

Education therapy (tutoring)

1 hour session $164.00
30 minute session – $82.00 (30 min session + 15 min note writing)

Counselling 

1 hour session $160.00 (45 mins session with 15 min note writing)

Allied health Assistant

1 hour session- $95.00 (45 mins session with 15 min note writing)
30 minute session – $70.00

All sessions cancelled after 10:00am Two days prior to your appointment will attract a 100% short notice cancellation fee.  SMS notifications will be sent 3 days prior to your appointment.

Sessions cancelled before this will not attract any fee.

NDIS Clients

Counselling

Cancellations

All sessions cancelled after 10:00am Two days prior to your appointment will attract a 100% short notice cancellation fee.  SMS notifications will be sent 3 days prior to your appointment. This is in line with the NDIS guidelines.

Sessions cancelled before this will not attract any fee.

Funding options

Medicare

Ask your doctor if you or your child are eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP), formerly known as the Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC). You will need to provide us with a copy of the plan, prior to your appointment. The plan can be used for up to five individual sessions per calendar year.   Your GP will discuss how many sessions they are referring you for and for what reason.

You are required to pay the therapy fee in full and then claim the rebate from Medicare.

Better Start and Helping Children with Autism Initiatives (Medicare)

These initiatives provide a rebate of up to 4 diagnostic assessment services and 20 therapy sessions ( until 15 years old) for children with eligible disabilities. Children must be referred by their GP or Paediatrician. You will need to provide us with a copy of the plan, prior to your appointment.

You are required to pay the therapy fee in full and then claim the rebate from Medicare.

NDIS

We are a registered provider for the NDIS. You can use your NDIS funding with us if you are Self-managed, Plan managed, or Agency Managed.

Private Health Funds

Ask your private health insurance if you have extras cover for occupational therapy, speech therapy or Counselling. Your eligibility for a rebate and amount you receive will depend on your specific level of coverage. If you are entitled to a rebate, please discuss this with us prior to the initial session as some funds will require us to register with them.
